Process Technician - Tempering 2nd Shift

We are looking for a dependable, hands-on teammate to join our glass tempering production team. This role is a good fit for someone with manufacturing, production, construction, warehouse, equipment, or other physical work experience who takes pride in doing the job right.

Requirements

• Prior hands-on work experience in manufacturing, production, construction, warehouse, logistics, equipment operation, or a similar environment preferred.
• Strong attendance and reliability required.
• Ability to work at a steady production pace.
• Mechanical aptitude or interest in learning equipment operation preferred.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and move throughout the shift.
• Positive attitude, team mindset, and willingness to learn.
