Requirements
- Business proficiency in German and English (at least C1 for both)
- Degree in economics, social sciences, or psychology with a focus on market research, marketing, or statistics
- 3+ years of experience in survey-based marketing research
- Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of study and questionnaire design
- Firm grasp of quantitative methods like A/B tests, MaxDiff, TURF, Conjoint, Van Westendorp, and Implicit/System 1
- Exceptional project management skills and ability to thrive under pressure
- Excellent consulting and communication skills
- Proactive and very well-organized
- Experience with EBI methodologies and How Brands Grow System (nice to have)
- Experience with market research software/ platforms (nice to have)
- Knowledge of quantilope solutions and methods (nice to have)
- Knowledge about different markets in Europe (e.g. UK, DACH) (nice to have)
- Knowledge about different industries (Food and Beverage, FMCG, OTC) (nice to have)
