Senior Director of EHSS

QuantumScape is seeking a Senior Director of EHSS to lead all aspects of EHSS strategy development and implementation, environmental protection, occupational health and safety, and more. The ideal candidate is a high-integrity leader with 20+ years of progressive EHSS experience and a master's degree in a relevant field.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, Occupational Health, or a related technical field
• 20+ years of progressive EHSS experience
• 10+ years of experience in an employee management role
• Proven track record in battery, semiconductor, or advanced hardware manufacturing
• Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical risks to non-technical stakeholders
