QuestDB is hiring a Head of Growth to own the top of the funnel end-to-end: from open-source adoption and developer community, through pipeline generation for enterprise sales motion, to industry events where buyers live. The role is a builder position, not a manager-of-managers. You'll partner directly with the CEO, founding team, sales leads in EMEA and the US, and developer relations lead to turn QuestDB's product-market fit into repeatable, compounding pipeline.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in growth, marketing, or developer relations at a B2B infrastructure or developer-tools company, or from a commercial role in capital markets or crypto with deep domain expertise and a buyer network
- Track record of scaling an open-source or bottom-up developer community into enterprise revenue
- Ability to credibly engage with technical buyers - CTOs, quant engineers, heads of trading tech
- Analytical chops - comfortable in SQL, fluent in attribution, allergic to vanity metrics
- Native fluency with agentic AI tooling - you automate by default
- Comfort with ambiguity and small teams
- Strong technical fluency - acquired through any path: formal training, engineering experience, self-taught coding, open-source contributions, or time spent close to technical teams
