NodeJS Developer

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js, build and expose RESTful APIs, and develop database queries and schemas. Collaborate with teams to ensure system integration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in backend or API development using Node.js
• Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and development principles
• Proficient in working with relational databases such as MySQL and/or SQL Server
• Experience with API management platforms such as IBM API Connect or similar tools
• Familiar with API security standards including JWT, OAuth, and API key management
• Experience with version control systems (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
