Ensures smooth transition from current to new operational environment, develops and executes end-to-end transition plan, coordinates activities across technical and business teams, and manages communication with executives, stakeholders, and outgoing vendor.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Management or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Transition Manager
• Project Management Certifications
• ITIL Certification
