
Job description
The Marketing & Events Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of trade shows, commercial events, and travel logistics. This role focuses on tracking internal timelines, maintaining routine vendor communication, logging budget expenses, and providing logistical support for team travel and event materials preparation.
Coordinate trade show and event logistics, drive communication and follow-through across internal teams and external vendors. Provide on-site support for trade shows and events, including setup, dismantling, troubleshooting, shipment coordination, and live event execution.
Strong project management and organizational skills, ability to track multiple timelines, follow up with stakeholders, and organize priorities effectively. Strong verbal and written English communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with US-based teams, external vendors, and international stakeholders.
