Paralegal

Quince is seeking a mid-to-senior level Paralegal to support their growing legal team across the U.S., U.K., EU, and India. The successful candidate will design, scale, and own the infrastructure that allows the global legal team to move at high speed.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years' paralegal experience in-house or at a law firm supporting corporate/commercial, privacy, or litigation matters
• Paralegal certificate, bachelor's degree, or equivalent practical experience
• Hands-on experience implementing or administering contract lifecycle management tools (e.g., CLM tools), Google Workspace
• Excellent drafting, proofreading, and document-assembly skills; high attention to detail
