Senior Learning and Development Partner

Role Overview

Facilitate training programs for employees across various departments and levels of the organization. Partner with HR and business leaders to identify training needs and support workforce development initiatives.

What You Will Do

Deliver onboarding, compliance, leadership, professional development, and operational training programs. Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain accurate training records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in training, facilitation, learning and development, or organizational development
• Demonstrated experience delivering training programs to diverse employee groups
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional methodologies
• Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training technologies
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
