Job Description
QuoteWell is seeking an experienced Staff Software Engineer to build impactful products using a modern, AI-powered insurance brokerage. The role involves building features, shaping product direction, leveraging AI, representing complex data, and collaborating in a remote-first environment. They are looking for someone passionate about technology, domain expertise, and AI-driven solutions.
Requirements
- Strong experience with TypeScript, React, and Node (or a similar stack)
- Track record of influencing product and business direction through engineering insights
- Familiarity with or interest in applied AI/LLM techniques
- Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to new technologies
- Flexibility to travel occasionally to Austin or team offsites
