Regional Retail Manager Northeast

Regional Retail Manager for Northeast region, responsible for overseeing operations, performance, and growth of multiple business locations, managing teams, driving sales, and implementing strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of management experience in specialty retail and/or multi-unit retail business environment
• College degree preferred or equivalent job experience
• Ability to critically think like a new business owner, work independently, and be mobile on the sales floor
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Kronos, and POS systems
• Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 50 lbs.
• Availability to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to travel weekly
