Supervisor Operations (w/m/d)

We are looking for a Supervisor Operations in the Customer Logistics department at our location in Hückelhoven. As a Supervisor Operations, you will oversee the operational daily schedule, lead and develop your team, and ensure a smooth operation.

Requirements

• Abbreviated degree (e.g. logistics, supply chain) or alternatively at least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable function
• Leadership experience of operational teams in a warehouse environment
• Comprehensive technical knowledge in quality and process control, organization, workflows, and warehouse systems
• Basic business knowledge and experience with premium systems, flexible working time models, and lean management
• Excellent computer skills (MS-Office, warehouse management systems)
• Advanced German knowledge and desirable English knowledge in writing and speech
