Machine Operator

Role Overview

A Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery in a manufacturing environment. They ensure equipment runs efficiently, monitor production for quality control, and perform routine maintenance or troubleshooting as needed.

What You Will Do

Perform a variety of duties including, but not limited to assembly, packaging, and machine operating. Review work orders and blueprints to ensure work is performed according to specifications. Perform visual inspection of parts and complete quality check sheets as required.

Requirements

• Accurately work with calipers, squares, gauges, protractors, and other measuring tools
• Have good math ability and problem solving skills
• Read and interpret blueprints efficiently
• Stand continuously and lift objects up to 50 pounds
