
Job description
Lead a large crew during a post-delivery on a DDG 1000 class ship, providing mentorship and training to junior personnel. Ensure all electrical production meets expectations and complies with safety policies and procedures.
Oversee daily production plans, assist with shipboard installations and troubleshooting, perform operational testing, and ensure personnel adhere to QMS and Safety programs.
Must have 9-14 years of experience as a Marine Electrician, with experience in ship repair onboard US Navy ships, and a DoD Secret security clearance.
