Requirements

• 3+ years of HVAC installation experience with a strong understanding of HVAC systems and components
• Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of low-voltage control wiring and electrical connections
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 80lbs and work in attics and crawl spaces as required for installations
• Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Customer-Focused: Ability to provide exceptional service and communication with homeowners to ensure their satisfaction
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, ensuring each system is installed to the highest standards and functioning properly
