Customer Service, Patient Registration Representative

As a Customer Service Representative (Patient Registration) at Ascension Seton Southwest Hospital, you will work in a fast-paced, high-volume outpatient department, collecting patient information, and providing excellent customer service. You will work on computers, answer phones, and interact with patients, clinicians, and other staff members.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Excellent customer service experience
• Medical experience or medical terminology experience (ICD 9/10)
• Ready to work in a very fast-paced, high-stress environment
• Basic computer multitasking and typing skills are required
• Insurance verification experience
