Job Description
Phare Health is seeking a VP Sales to drive enterprise adoption of Phare Claim, an AI-driven, autonomous medical coding and CDI platform. The role will own revenue growth and lead sales for Phare OS, a modular AI platform for revenue cycle optimization. The VP Sales will be responsible for driving new business, leading complex sales cycles, and partnering with Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams.
Requirements
- Significant experience selling AI-driven healthcare software to enterprise provider organizations
- Strong understanding of how machine learning systems are commercialized in healthcare
- Familiarity with revenue cycle operations and AI's impact on these workflows
- Ability to engage credibly with C-suite, VP, and technical stakeholders
- Highly consultative, intellectually curious, and comfortable navigating ambiguous AI product roadmaps
- Track record of exceeding revenue targets in high-growth AI, health tech, or vertical SaaS environments
