Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our team at Victory 1 Performance in Mooresville, NC. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for the set-up, operation, and maintenance of Swiss screw machines to produce high-quality precision parts.

Requirements

• Machine Technician (CNC Operator) responsible for production, setup, adjustment, and operation of machines
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
