Shift Manager

As a Shift Manager at RaceTrac, you will lead by example, empower team members, and make every guest feel welcome. You'll support store operations, drive performance, and develop future leaders in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of work experience (retail, restaurant, or food service preferred)
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (preferred)
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume, guest-focused environments
• Ability to follow through on tasks and coach others to do the same
• Strong communication and team building skills
