Maintenance Mechanic

Role Overview

The Maintenance Mechanic provides building trade assistance in the construction, repair, and maintenance of facilities, supporting the infrastructure for safe and functional spaces. This role requires a minimum of four years of experience in one of the trades and a working knowledge of two or more trades.

What You Will Do

Provide building trades assistance, operate and maintain equipment and vehicles, and assist in the completion of duties outlined under the Facilities Department.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Clean New York State Driver's License
• Minimum of four years in one of the trades and a working knowledge of two or more trades
• Knowledge of maintenance practices and procedures
• Understanding of governmental regulations for a safe workplace
