Senior Licensing Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Licensing Manager to oversee the procurement, compliance, optimization, and renewal of software licenses across the organization.

What You Will Do

Monitor and manage software license compliance, ensure alignment with contractual terms, coordinate internal audits, track license entitlements, and maintain up-to-date records in software asset management tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in software license management or software asset management (SAM)
• Strong knowledge of license models (e.g., Microsoft, VMware, Oracle, Adobe)
• Familiarity with software asset management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Snow, Flexera)
• Understanding of ITIL practices and software lifecycle concepts
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• Ability to analyze large datasets and prepare reports
• Good negotiation and communication skills for working with vendors and stakeholders
• Certifications such as Microsoft SAM, ITIL Foundation, ISO 19770, or CSAM (Certified Software Asset Manager)
