Job Description
Rad AI is seeking a Director of Engineering, Reporting Product to lead the engineering team responsible for its flagship Reporting product. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of software engineering experience, at least 5 years leading engineering teams, and deep experience with data-intensive applications. The role involves building and leading a team of engineers, owning the technical architecture of the Reporting product, and partnering with cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into impactful engineering solutions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience
- At least 5 years leading engineering teams
- Direct experience managing other managers
- Experience shipping and scaling a complex software product end-to-end
- Deep experience with data-intensive applications
- Experience working in a healthcare technology or regulated industry environment
