Job Description
Rad AI is seeking a Head of Continuity to lead the Continuity business within the company, operating as a General Manager and CEO-like leader. The role requires owning the vision, roadmap, and day-to-day execution of the business, and building a focused, cross-functional team to achieve growth, profitability, and impact.
Requirements
- Owned and scaled a product or business line â from early traction to meaningful revenue â in healthcare or enterprise SaaS, with clear accountability for ARR, adoption, and outcomes.
- Deep experience operating as a GM, founder, or P&L owner, leading cross-functional teams across product, engineering, operations, and commercial.
- Built and led diverse, high-performing teams (including people leaders), and your teams would follow you to their next big challenge.
