Merchant, Men's Apparel

Rag & Bone is seeking a strategic, product-focused Merchant to help drive seasonal merchandise vision for our Men’s Apparel business. The ideal candidate is focused on building a career with the brand as a Merchant, and is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and has a strong knowledge and passion for the men’s market and the Rag & Bone brand.

Requirements

• 3+ years of merchandising experience; preferred menswear background
• Strong understanding of men’s categories, fit, fabrication and pricing dynamics
• Highly analytical with advanced Excel skills and experience using merchandising and PLM systems
• Proven ability to balance creative intuition with financial discipline
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
