Ragan Communications is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support the growth of its membership community, with opportunities for exposure to senior communications leaders, hands-on sales experience, and clear career growth paths.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role (B2B preferred)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Comfortable with cold outreach and high-volume activity
- Ability to quickly learn and articulate value propositions
- Familiarity with news and information retrieval for research
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot or similar) is a plus
- Interest in media, communications, or professional development industries is a plus
