Mortgage Operations Specialist

Assist mortgage operations department in various functions, including processing, closing, funding, and underwriting of loan files. Provide exceptional member service and communicate effectively with team members, external auditors, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• College degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of processing experience or certifications in residential mortgage lending
• Previous credit union experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and ability to multi-task
