Operation Member (Support for internal IT systems)

Role Overview

You will be employed by Rakuten Group, Inc. and will be responsible for driving forward various IT environments at Rakuten Mobile, Inc. Operational duties involving registration and other tasks within various systems as part of the internal IT management system.

What You Will Do

Conducting audits based on internal IT management regulations to verify that sites are operating in accordance with established rules. Providing on-site implementation support for internal IT systems, including explaining usage methods, responding to queries from sites, and addressing requests for improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional work experience
• Experience using some form of BI tool, such as RPA or Kintone
• Business-level English proficiency
