
Job description
The Field Supervisor is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and quality assurance in HVAC system installations. They mentor and develop installation team members, ensure quality and safety standards, and support department growth and operational success.
Complete customer satisfaction/quality assurance site visits, mentor and teach install technicians, communicate field expectations, and ensure uniformity across jobsites. Assist sales with specialty job planning, respond to customer emergencies, and perform post-installation spot checks.
This role requires strong leadership, quality assurance, and customer service skills. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as an HVAC install technician, EPA certification, and proficiency in Service Titan and Microsoft Office.
