We are looking for an Assistant Community Manager to support and assist the Community Manager in overseeing and managing the financial and operational facets of the community. The role entails completing accounting and reporting tasks, preparing monthly close-out and financial reports, and using the property management system to record, track, and report on all financial workings of the property.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service background sufficient to manage the day-to-day operation of an apartment community
Communication, Presentation, and Delivery Skills with ability to connect to people at all levels
