As a Leasing Consultant at RangeWater, you will execute the property's marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. You will perform sales and leasing activities, design and execute offsite marketing activities, and gather and analyze market and economic trends.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service background
Proficiency in property management software (preferably Entrata Yardi and/or One Site)
Current Valid Driver's License
