As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for executing the property's marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. This role entails performing sales and leasing activities, designing and executing offsite marketing activities, and gathering market and economic trends to recommend improvements.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
2+ years of experience in Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service
Proficiency in internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs
Strong proficiency in property management software (preferably Entrata Yardi and/or One Site)
Current Valid Driver's License
