As a Community Manager at RangeWater, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating team members' daily activities and resources to achieve established budgeted financial and operational goals. You will also be responsible for ensuring the operation of the property complies with Company policies and procedures and all laws and regulations governing multi-family housing operations.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
1-3 years of supervisor experience
1-3 years of multi-family property management experience
Property management, sales, marketing, and customer service background
Strong proficiency in property management software (preferably Entrata Yardi and/or One Site)
Current valid driver's license
