As a Ranger, you'll be responsible for executing the property's marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. You'll work with residents, prospects, and colleagues to ensure a smooth resident move-in and lease signing process. Requirements
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Experience in Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service
Strong communication, presentation, and delivery skills
Proficiency in property management software (preferably Entrata Yardi and/or One Site)
Valid driver's license
