We are looking for a Leasing Consultant to join our team at RangeWater. As a Ranger, you will be responsible for executing the property's marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. You will greet and qualify prospects, conduct property tours, process applications, and ensure a smooth resident move-in and lease signing. You will also design and execute offsite marketing activities, gather and analyze market trends, and follow up with prospects and new residents to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service background
Communication, Presentation, and Delivery Skills
Proficiency in internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs
Strong proficiency in property management software (preferably Entrata Yardi and/or One Site)
Current Valid Driver's License
