RangeWater is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support and assist the Community Manager in overseeing and managing the financial and operational facets of the community. The role entails completing accounting and reporting tasks, processing invoices, collecting rent, and using the property management system to record and track financial workings of the property.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service background sufficient to manage the day-to-day operation of an apartment community
- Proficiency in internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs for reporting purposes
- Strong proficiency in property management software (preferably Entrata Yardi and/or One Site)
- Current Valid Driver's License
