Maintenance Technician- Seven41 Winter Park

RangeWater is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform technical and mechanical work to ensure the property meets the Company’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.

Requirements

• Completes assigned work orders within 24 to 48 hours
• Diagnoses the source of defects and makes repairs in accordance with established policies and safety standards
• Supports cost-cutting and expense control programs
• Follows procedures for accessing materials and supplies
• Completes documentation and other paperwork in a timely and accurate fashion
