Job Description
RASIRC is seeking a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer to drive innovation in the Manufacturing department. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, strong analytical skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing engineering or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience leading process improvement or capital projects in a manufacturing environment.
- Professional certifications (e.g., Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt) strongly preferred.
