
Job description
The studies development manager for railway systems is responsible for conducting studies for railway automation projects and leading the studies related to the successive phases of the life cycle of railway systems.
Leading design activities, developing functional and technical specifications, conducting projects, coordinating and monitoring design activities, participating in monitoring and qualification, providing consulting and expertise services, participating in factory and site validation, analyzing operational follow-up data, and taking measures to resolve anomalies.
The ideal candidate should have technical skills such as knowledge of systems with experience in railway systems, knowledge of system validation processes, coordination of technical interfaces, and technical document writing, as well as organizational skills such as communication and teamwork, initiative-taking, adaptability to new technologies, and project team cooperation.
