Logistics Coordinator

Role Overview

We are looking for a full-time Logistics Coordinator to oversee and manage logistics processes at the Montreal terminal and other remote terminals. The role involves close communication with logistics, operations, and transportation staff.

What You Will Do

Review and manage ground orders, develop operational planning, supervise inventory management, organize transportation operations, manage terminal billing, handle documents, update logistics management systems, and identify required tags.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with logistics management software and data analysis tools
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
• Fluent in both English and French, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages
