Job Description
The Structural Project Manager will deliver assigned projects on time and within budget, working with multiple assignments and overlapping schedules. The role involves technical and leadership responsibilities, with a focus on mentoring and employee performance. This position is the first step towards a Senior Structural Project Manager role within RLG.
Requirements
- Proficient with Revit software
- Knowledge of building codes and city permitting requirements
- Strong Leadership skills with the ability to teach and train other staff members
- Strong Communication skills, both in person and in writing
- Strong Comprehension skills, both in person and writing
- High attention to detail
- Self-Motivated
- Positive Attitude
- Strong organizational skills
- PE or SE License required
- Experience with design and modeling software
- General knowledge of code and permitting requirements
