Razorpay is a full-stack financial technology company that powers businesses with a smarter, scalable stack. As an Engineering Manager, you'll be responsible for the group's technical strategy and roadmap, and will work with other teams to drive change and innovation.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering
- 5+ years of experience in large-scale applications and 3+ years of experience in people management
- Strong problem-solving skills, data structures, and algorithms
- Experience with distributed systems handling large amounts of data
- Excellent coding skills in PHP, Python, C++, or Java
- Very good understanding of Web Technologies and RDBMS
- Good to have weekend side projects on GitHub, open-source contributions, experience at a product company, and knowledge of a backend programming language
