Job description
The Tech Lead - Specialist Java Backend Developer provides design and development for internet banking, mobile banking, and origination applications within the RBC Caribbean Banking space. The candidate will work with stakeholders to support, enhance, and upgrade technology solutions to modernization approach that solve given business problems.
Design and code application programs, perform testing for developed applications, review and analyze programming systems, and ensure the operating efficiency of existing application systems.
The candidate will work with other internal development teams, solutions architects, and infrastructure groups to support, enhance, and upgrade technology solutions that solve given business problems. The position leads, directs, and oversees activities/projects on planning, delivery, and implementation to ensure enterprise-wide program strategic goals and objectives are accomplished within approved time frames, scope.
