RDG is expanding its College & University market in the Northeast and is seeking a market leader with a focus on project management, client relationships, and business development. The ideal candidate will build strong client relationships, mentor employees, and lead market expansion efforts. Requirements
- 15+ years of architectural experience, including leadership in higher education design
- Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering complex projects successfully
- Established relationships with colleges and universities in the Northeast
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Licensed architect in New York
- Strong design communication and presentation skills
