Leads by example living our core values. Develops oneself to become the Subject Matter Expert on the global and local processes across different Operations areas and product families. Develops oneself to become the Subject Matter Expert responsible for the development, implementation, continuous improvement and daily support of all production software.
Participates in project team meetings, manages tasks, schedule and deliverables for achieving successful on schedule completion with a high degree of quality and attention to detail. Identifies and drives improvement projects and initiatives to support Cost, Quality, Delivery and Safety initiatives.
Self-motivated with strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to effectively prepare and deliver technical reports and presentations. Advanced knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
