Operations Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and experienced Operations Manager to lead daily production operations at our aluminum recycling facility. This role is responsible for overseeing production, safety, quality, and team leadership to ensure efficient plant performance and continuous improvement.

What You Will Do

Direct plant production operations, establish priorities, lead change management initiatives, and drive operational improvements across the facility. Develop and implement operating methods and procedures to meet and/or exceed KPI's.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (B.S.) in business, operations management, engineering
• Minimum five years’ experience in a manufacturing operations role with three years managerial experience, preferably heavy industrial
• Working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement tools preferred
• Solid understanding of Change Management tools and concepts preferred
