Data Analyst I

Role Overview

The Data Analyst I is responsible for the cancellation and reactivations of solutions of RealPage products. The overall process for cancelling a solution starts from receiving cancellation requests through the final deactivation/reactivation of the solution.

What You Will Do

Handles the entire process of cancellation and/or reactivation of RealPage products and services, including data analysis, mapping solutions, reporting, and monitoring.

• Able to quickly analyze and troubleshoot problem issues
• Demonstrated ability to lead, react and respond to challenges calmly, and take initiative
• Ability to work after regular business hours as needed
• Ability to recognize and escalate issues and risks to your leaders
• Must be willing to work in a fixed night shift schedule
• Must be willing to work on site for 3 months and Hybrid set up after
• Bachelor’s degree on related field
• With 1+ year/s experience in using Salesforce
• With 1+ year/s experience managing data with Access, Excel, data editors
