Maintenance Coordinator

Role Overview

We are searching for a dedicated and driven Maintenance Coordinator for Real Property Management-Richmond Metro. The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for managing the business' maintenance division.

What You Will Do

Manage maintenance process, assign work orders, schedule all maintenance actions, provide excellent customer service, follow up on work orders, and manage referrals across departments.

Requirements

• Experience in maintenance management or suitable experience in residential repairs
• Customer Service experience
• Ability to prepare, write and communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and staff
• Ability to schedule and estimate workers hours and requirements to complete tasks
• General maintenance and repair knowledge
• Local area knowledge
• Two years' experience in administrative support
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of the Internet and email
• Exceptional customer service ability
• Organized and high attention to detail
