We are seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to design and lead complex initiatives across the Client Technology organization.
Requirements
- 8-10+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering, or related roles delivering complex software initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to design and lead large cross team programs involving multiple engineering teams and stakeholders.
- Strong planning and execution skills with the ability to bring structure and clarity to complex initiatives.
- Experience communicating program and portfolio status to senior leadership.
- Familiarity with engineering governance and SDLC practices including design reviews, release planning, and operational readiness.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to drive alignment across teams without direct authority.
