Lead DevOps Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for a Lead DevOps Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in CI/CD pipeline development, experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm charts, and familiarity with IaC tools such as Terraform and Azure Bicep. The role will involve developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, deploying and scaling applications on Kubernetes, managing infrastructure using Terraform, and supporting on-premises deployments and integrations.

What You Will Do

Developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, deploying and scaling applications on Kubernetes (AKS), managing infrastructure using Terraform, supporting on-premises deployments and integrations, implementing monitoring and logging solutions (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Grafana).

Requirements

• Expertise in CI/CD pipeline development using tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (AKS), Docker, and Helm charts
• Familiarity with IaC tools such as Terraform and Azure Bicep
• Solid scripting skills in Bash and PowerShell
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. Azure, AWS, GCP) and on-premises environments
• Proficiency in Azure services, including Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Grafana Dashboards
• Experience deploying and managing applications in on-premises environments (bare-metal or VMware-based)
• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
