Requirements
- Handle Customer Requests (Admin - Incoming Calls): Answer customer requests via the phone and provide solutions for their questions.
- Service Transactions (ST - Outbound): Plan appointments, activate service options, and manage other outbound interactions with customers.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of technical concepts within customer support.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to work in a team environment.
